Regarding Our Company’s Efforts to Strengthen Heat Stroke Countermeasures

With the enforcement of the revised Occupational Safety and Health Regulations on June 1, 2025—which reinforce workplace heat stroke prevention measures—our company has reviewed its heat stroke prevention framework for all employees and Bathers. We are now further strengthening internal awareness and establishing thorough emergency response procedures.

More specifically, we have clarified the steps to be taken when heat stroke is suspected, the criteria for determining severity, and the emergency contact system. We have shared these guidelines with all employees and Bathers so that prompt and appropriate action can be taken in actual situations.

In addition, we regularly confirm and reiterate these measures, along with providing relevant materials, to ensure that all employees maintain a consistent understanding and are able to act accordingly.

Moving forward, we will continue to place the highest priority on the safety and health of everyone at our worksites and fulfill our social responsibilities through these initiatives.
