Below are some highlights from our company-wide meetings held at the end of last year and the beginning of 2025. Together with team members working fully remotely from various parts of Japan, we continued to provide both the “Bath Remodel Outsourcing Service” and “Bath Remodel EC” throughout 2024.
2024 Initiatives for “Internal DX” – Enhancing Remote Work through Digital Transformation within the Organization
Introduction of Zoom Phone
We introduced Zoom Phone to establish a system that minimizes dependency on specific individuals, ensuring a more sustainable and scalable organization. By analyzing call data, we are not only reducing costs but also enhancing comprehensive customer support.
Enhancing Remote Work
To support work-life balance and reinforce our Business Continuity Plan (BCP), we are establishing an environment that allows essential operations to proceed smoothly even under remote conditions. This supports our ability to maintain operations during unexpected events such as natural disasters or pandemics.
Expanded Use of Box
We have broadened our use of the cloud storage service Box to boost security when handling construction photos and documents, and to elevate IT skills across the company. By strengthening real-time collaboration and permission controls, we are simultaneously reducing security risks and improving overall work efficiency.
Phased Implementation of a Talent Management System
Using both quantitative data (e.g., MBTI) and qualitative input (e.g., job satisfaction surveys), we promote efficient skill management and optimal talent placement. Our aim is to create an environment where a diverse range of employees can excel.
Expanded AI-Driven Management
We are actively leveraging AI for data analytics on our websites and e-commerce platforms, as well as for content creation. By automating inquiries and marketing processes, we enable our employees to concentrate on more strategic and creative tasks.

2025 Initiatives for “External DX” – New Communication through Remote Meetings
As part of our strategy to enhance communication with all stakeholders, we will fully launch “Remote Kaigi” (Remote Meetings).
In light of social changes that have made in-person visits more challenging—and given the tendency of the younger generation to avoid direct communication—we still recognize the unchanging importance of human interaction. For this reason, we are developing a framework where day-to-day insights and improvement proposals can be shared and discussed via Zoom. By blending virtual and in-person communication, we reduce unnecessary travel costs while preventing relationships from becoming distant, thereby strengthening team building. We will explore new possibilities for communication and foster deeper collaboration both internally and externally.
