Drawing on decades of experience and technical expertise as a manufacturer-authorized installation company, we are strengthening our commitment to elevating the value of “Bathers” (the collective term for everyone involved in unit bath projects) and to attracting and nurturing the next generation of talent. This renewed focus begins with our upcoming initiative, “Bathers Meeting 2025.”

At the heart of this endeavor lies “Bathers X”, a dynamic “crossroads” designed to break free from existing frameworks and boldly embrace fresh perspectives. Built on the foundation of long-standing hands-on expertise and the thriving craft culture of Bathers, “Bathers X” brings in the unknown element of “X” to spark new ways of thinking and working. By fusing past and future, theory and practice, and people and culture in one seamless system, we are driving a host of exciting projects—ranging from the development of a core platform to the launch of an original training program.
Just as the ocean’s borders blur, allowing light to dissolve boundaries and reveal endless possibilities on the rolling surface, “Bathers X” aims to illuminate untapped potential—both for companies and for individuals. A New Approach to Management
In tandem with these initiatives, MEGAVAX is reimagining our internal management structure. While ensuring a smooth succession of our business, we are creating a system that fosters new leadership and cultivates emerging talent. The executive team provides the necessary support, but it is the newly appointed leaders in various domains who will take the helm and steer the company forward. We are also broadening the scope of responsibilities across departments—such as consulting and administration—to empower potential leaders and invigorate the organization.
