Recently, our consultants took part in a special Bathroom & Kitchen On-Site Survey Training organized by Takara Standard. The program combined product feature briefings, drawing interpretation, and—most importantly—hands-on practice with actual units, providing participants with valuable, field-ready insights.
Linked with the Bathers X Program
At MEGAVAX, we operate Bathers X—a unique development program that cycles between practice and theory. More than just a training framework, it is designed as a “crossroad” where new perspectives are constantly incorporated to keep evolving.
This time, both seasoned consultants and new team members who joined this year participated. By contrasting their daily experience of conducting over five surveys a day with the structured learning at Takara Standard’s MRe. Sumida Technical Base, the team was able to build a dynamic loop between real-world practice and systematic learning.
Rediscovering Takara’s Unique Strengths
What stood out most during the training were Takara Standard’s distinctive product features.
The unmatched advantages of enamel steel, the earthquake-resistant frame-type base, and the flexible door-size design—all of these reinforced Takara’s unique value among major manufacturers.
Participant voices
“The enamel steel is truly one of a kind.”
“The frame-type base left a strong impression with its durability and seismic safety.”
Learning Through Real Equipment
Beyond drawings and manuals, encountering actual units offered clarity that directly enhances on-site skills.
Participant voices
“Having actual models made it possible to understand details you couldn’t fully grasp from drawings alone.”
“Since I don’t usually handle Takara Standard products, everything felt fresh and highly educational.”
Expanding Cross-Manufacturer Knowledge
The training also provided knowledge that strengthens comparative explanations and customer proposals across different brands. At MEGAVAX, we remodel with a wide range of manufacturers including TOTO, LIXIL, Cleanup, Panasonic and Takara Standard. Strengthening our consultants’ ability to derive the best-fit solutions across manufacturers is a critical step toward maximizing customer satisfaction.
Participant voices
“By deepening my understanding of Takara Standard, I can now highlight the unique differences when explaining proposals involving other manufacturers.”
Looking Ahead
Our next step is to continue developing consultants who can seamlessly handle both bathrooms and kitchens, delivering the reliability and satisfaction of 1DAY Remodel.
We sincerely thank Takara Standard for providing this valuable opportunity for growth and collaboration.
