At our company, members of the consulting team who conduct on-site surveys are provided with company vehicles.
Because many of our employees drive as part of their daily work, we place the highest priority on ensuring that everyone returns home safely.
Under Japanese law, any business that owns a certain number of vehicles is required to appoint a Safe Driving Manager. In compliance with this regulation, we have designated a manager responsible for overseeing driver safety. This includes daily alcohol checks before and after driving (using dedicated devices), as well as fostering a workplace environment where every employee can drive with peace of mind.
Safe Driving Managers are also required to complete an annual statutory training course. This year, our appointed manager successfully completed the program and shared the latest knowledge and case studies with the entire team. Through these efforts, we aim to raise awareness across the company and achieve our ultimate goal of zero accidents.
Moving forward, we will continue to uphold the principle that “safety comes before everything else”—protecting not only our employees, but also their families and the communities around us, as we strive to remain a company people can trust and feel secure with.
