That’s why we’ve joined Asahi Breweries’ “Hataraku Anata ni Asahi Zero” Project (働くあなたにアサヒゼロ プロジェクト), a corporate wellness initiative that encourages healthier drinking habits through non-alcoholic beverage sampling and awareness programs.
At our annual gathering of Bathers — our nationwide network of certified installation specialists — Bathers Meeting 2026, and through additional in-office sampling, we gave our team a relaxed, everyday moment to think about wellness and safety on their own terms.
This isn’t new territory for us. Bathers Meeting has always been about celebrating the craft, building connections, and investing in the next generation. This year, we added one more dimension: the well-being of every person who makes our work possible.
Everyone Gets Home Safe — That’s Non-Negotiable
Our Bathers and field staff spend much of their day behind the wheel, traveling between job sites for surveys and installations. For us, there’s one rule that comes before everything else: everyone gets home safe.
We back that up with real measures — a dedicated safe driving officer, alcohol screenings before and after every shift, and an ongoing commitment to maintaining a workplace where safety is second nature.
So when Asahi Breweries approached us with this project, it wasn’t about handing out free drinks. It was a chance to reinforce a culture of wellness and safety that already runs through everything we do — starting from the job site up.
What Is the “Hataraku Anata ni Asahi Zero” Project?
Led by Asahi Breweries, Ltd., this initiative helps companies support employee wellness through Asahi Zero, a non-alcoholic beer-taste beverage. The program includes responsible drinking seminars and workplace sampling events, all designed to promote what Asahi calls “Work-Beer Balance”* — the idea that you can love beer and still make smart choices about when and how much you drink.
*Work-Beer Balance: A lifestyle where beer-loving professionals enjoy both their careers and their downtime — without one compromising the other.
