MEGAVAX held “Bathers Meeting 2026” in March 2026. Now in its second year, this annual conference brings together MEGAVAX employees and Bathers — skilled unit bath installation technicians — to share where the industry stands and where it’s headed.

This year, TOTO joined the event as a guest. TOTO shared insights on customer satisfaction metrics and led an awareness session, followed by a hands-on discussion with Bathers on product workability. Feedback from the field — observations Bathers had gathered through daily installation work — was brought directly to the table, sparking a dialogue on how to improve product design for real-world conditions.

For manufacturers, this kind of access matters. As the number of highly skilled installation professionals continues to decline across the industry, opportunities to hear their voices firsthand become increasingly rare. At Bathers Meeting 2026, the following milestones and initiatives were shared: the completed trademark registration of “1DAYS Ofuro no 1DAY Reform®”; MEGAVAX’s selection as an ANDPAD AWARD 2026 winner in the DX Company category (ceremony scheduled for June 12, 2026); the launch of KeePer Coating for bathrooms, applying automotive-grade coating technology; a customer satisfaction report from online renovation shop REREPA (overall satisfaction 97.7%, technician ratings 100%, repeat intent 97.7%); and an awards ceremony honoring outstanding Bathers.
